If there was an option I would give this hotel 3.5 stars. Lets start with the good. The employees were nice and mostly accommodating. The room was decently clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The price was a little high for how old the hotel is. The signs on the highway say they are remodeled however it seems like they just patched things and added new paint.The floor was sticky in our room. The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer part at the top like most do. Also there are very few tv channels. The worst part about the hotel is that it has the heaviest loudest slamming doors I have ever experienced in a hotel. Good luck sleeping in.

Uber co.fortable beds. Friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts Hamptom offers. We have stayed at this location 5 times and have never been disappointed. Yolanda puts out a tasty well organized breakfast and she is very personable.

Stay was great overall! Helpful staff and good experience. Only downfall is the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and felt like they were quite used and needed replacement. Other than that hotel was great and convenient!

We stayed here for one night over Spring Break on our way back to Dallas - giving 4 stars for room just because they are a tiny bit outdated but they were super clean. Shout out to Lucas at the front desk who was amazing (honestly, all the staff was friendly) - the kids loved the pool - the entire hotel was VERY CLEAN. We enjoyed out stay.

We chose Hampton by Hilton for one very important reason — our very spoiled Goldendoodle is welcome there. ?? And let me tell you… they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming (to all of us — including the four-legged VIP). The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel stressful, but Hampton made it easy. Plenty of space, a comfortable stay, and that reliable, consistent quality you can count on. Bonus points for the breakfast — always a win! ?? If you’re traveling with a furry family member and want a place that feels easy, comfortable, and genuinely pet-friendly, Hampton is a fantastic choice. Two thumbs up from us… and two paws up from our Goldendoodle! ??

This is a great Hampton. Friendly staff and the rooms are super clean. There are some issues. The toilets are really low and low flow. Our AC motor makes some crazy noises on start and stop. But TV is great and fitness center has the best equipment I’ve seen in this level of hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Beats the hotels in Texarkana.

Excellent cost to value for this spot. Service was less than superb but not awful. We waited to be acknowledged for about 20 minutes while the only front desk person managed a phone call. She didn't even attempt to acknowledge us. This was disappointing after a 7 hour drive as we really needed to use a restroom and try to start the wind down of a long drive. The room was clean. Typical terrible Hampton Inn mattresses and pillows. Typical noise issues from the hallway. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast spread was the best we've had so that was a nice way to cap off the overnight stay. Definite recommend just don't expect phenomenal service interaction.
