I had an excellent experience with this hotel. Extremely affordable and clean. When we realized we had left items the front desk came directly to our room to provide what we needed. Marcus helped us when other hotels were unwilling or less than helpful. We had driven 13 hrs and didn’t arrive in AR until 3am every hotel we called either told us to wait until noon and call back or they could let us check in for $350 and would still need to check out by 11 am. We still had to leave by noon but his kindness and understanding made a very difficult day and night so much better.

One of the worst experiences we have had. Only thing that saved it was the receptionist. We stayed last night and the kids were looking forward to swimming. When we got back from dinner, you can see the pool when you park as it’s an outdoor pool. They had some sort of DJ up there and the music was blaring. Songs were fully explicit and it looked like a party scene. In the hall, we seen a dad take his young kids from the pool and we asked how bad it was. He said it is not for young kids and they had to leave based on what was going on up there and the explicit songs. We got to our room and the music was so loud you could hear it in the room with the base vibrating everything. We had no soap in the bathrooms. AC couldn’t keep up and stayed 75 with humidity. We finally had to ask the front desk to move as the kids wouldn’t be able to sleep with the music. She was very kind and moved us away from the pool area. She made it seem like the party scene there happens frequently and goes until the pool closes at 11pm, so if you have kids, I wouldn’t suggest this place at all. **Update-the response from the hotel to this message is not accurate. The inappropriate music and “party scene” was not shut down. It went on until the pool closed**

Mrs Sherrell was extremely helpful and friendly at the front desk. Our rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice and relaxing. We were able to see downtown from the pool.

Nice room great staff. Sonja who does breakfast went beyond for my family who is late making it to breakfast she went way out of her way and make sure that the kids had cereal muffins fruits she was so awesome and nice. The pool is great great location just overall a fun place to stay with a nice staff.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a clean and modern appearance, and the rooms were larger than expected. Everything was organized, quiet, and comfortable throughout the stay. The location was convenient for restaurants, downtown attractions, and nearby highways, making travel around the city very easy. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything fresh. One thing that stood out most was the friendliness of the employees, who made guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential is a reliable and affordable hotel with good service, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for both business and family travel.

Overall the hotel was great. The front desk lady was super helpful, Angelique. The only issue we had with the room was the drain in the shower wasnt draining fast enough and she sent someone right away. But the room was clean and we enjoyed the food/bar place they had.

I really enjoyed my stay. Jennifer at the front desk was so delightful. A real loss she is leaving. She has such a great personality....Your Mr Wonderful bartender with the Chicago Bulls hat lol very attentive...and was precise on the food being done in 17 minutes. He will know...haha...Very pleasant experience with knowledge of places to eat in the area. Really kind people. The rooms were quiet and clean.
