I had a great stay at Saracen Resort! The property was very beautiful, comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. There were a few minor areas where housekeeping could improve, but Mr Kortney and Mr Darrion were amazing. Their friendly personalities, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. They did everything they could to compensate for the inconvenience and make sure I still had a great experience. Their customer service truly made a difference, and I appreciate how they handled everything. I would definitely stay again!

Very friendly employees. Got a king room, very comfortable love the bigger sized TV. Bed was comfy, a little on the hard size, but we like that. The bathroom, stand up huge shower was great. We enjoyed our stay there.

My room was very nice, the staff were super friendly. We had our high school multi class reunion in the event center and everything was very well taken care of. The only real downside is self parking. If you self park for the hotel, you have a long walk from the parking lot.

I had the opportunity to stay 2 nights and it is beautiful and the employees were so nice. I had a small mishap with my room and I informed the night manager, Tonya Dean, she was so very nice and gave me excellent customer service and made sure that the rest of my stay was top notch service. I was very impressed with her professionalism, concern and reassurance of assisting to correct the issue. It is so hard to find managers who really care and are concerned. My experience with Manager Dean has me committed to continue to visit and made me feel valued as a customer. She is top tier and is the utmost example of how management should be in leadership. She is an excellent manager and a remarkable person. More managers and employees need to be trained by her to learn the proper way to conduct business and have such a beautiful, pleasant spirit. I had the pleasure of staying at the brand new hotel this past weekend and I must say it was an amazing experience. Upon arrival we were greeted well by the amazing valet team Nelisa(Lisa) and Dequan were so very professional and kind. Our bellman Charlie was absolutely amazing! He accompanied us up to our rooms was kind, polite, professional and very informative. Charlie should be head of the department he works in because he nailed it. Then, to top it off the next morning, Reginald Reed accommodated us by bringing several items to our rooms promptly that we called the front desk and requested. He was courteous, had a great personality and genuine spirit. He seems to be an asset to this hotel. How can I forget the front desk crew! Monica Jarret was top tier and represented this hotel very well along with Star, and Emmanuel. They definitely seem to be assets to this hotel as well. Each person I mentioned in this review went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and we will be back! Great customer service is hard to find these days. While I’m writing, I would also like to shout out our host Monica Nelson Curry who always keeps us informed about what’s going on at Saracen to ensure we get the best experience each time we visit. Great job Saracen and staff!

Wifey and I have played slots here and dined at Legends a couple of times. Always friendly people, clean casino that paid out some for us, and great food. Do not let Pine Bluff’s reputation scare you off. We haven’t encountered anything shady at all.

As a casino enthusiast, I was truly impressed with my experience at Saracen Casino. The customer service across the board was excellent, and the food from Red Oak Steakhouse was top tier. We ordered the fried chicken, bacon mac, and side salads. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made to order. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the salads were fresh and flavorful. The drinks were phenomenal, and the service made the entire experience even better. Shoutout to the cage cashier who helped me get my rewards card. She was amazing and made the process easy and welcoming. Overall, the atmosphere, service, food, and drinks were all on point. I would absolutely come back again if I’m ever in the area.

We visited Sara center Casino while working in the area. I was impressed with how clean it is, and there was a large gambling area. We had a fun time!

I visited the casino on homecoming (before the crowd). Went to a restaurant names "Legends". The vibes were all the rage, the people fabulous. The employees were supporting their college team. The cities energy was cloud 9 and Legends on-board. I ordered wings, steak, a baked potato, and a salad. Thinking it was small portions. Legends played no games. My food was well worth my money and great portions. My drinks topped my night off. Definitely will be visiting again. And my waitress was the cherry. Simply Devine. I usually dont leave with to go boxes because I hate leftovers. However, the next day I was definitely getting to the rest of my meal. Great job Legends!!!! 1,000 stars? Keep up the great work! We see ya!
