I stayed in July. After driving all day,I just wanted to brush my teeth before meeting up with relatives. I had just reached platinum status and had been notified of perks, including early check-in. I called the hotel and spoke with Jacob, who told me my room wasn't ready yet, but offered to call me back when it became available. Jacob called back just as I rolled into Fort Smith. I got my luggage into my room and was able to freshen up before meeting up with relatives. Jacob's kindness and professionalism made all the difference in my stay. The room was also clean and comfortable and the mattress was also great!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff here were awesome, especially Olivia and Kenna. Can't beat this location and we had no problem with parking at all. Great value for the room and we plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Wyndham Downtown - Fort Smith A pleasant stay experience. Friendly staff. Hotel offers 255 Rooms & Suites. EXTERIOR: The hotel offers parking onsite and on the streets, front and back. If you are staying here for a convention, the Fort Smith Convention Center is located right next door and can be accessed from the outside of the hotel or the inside. If you’re staying at the hotel, the easiest way to access the Convention Center is go past the breakfast area through the glass doors. LOBBY: The lobby is large and grand when you enter. The Check-In Desk is on the right side of the entrance. The lobby is spacious and offers plenty of seating places to lounge around. It was nice and clean. My only thing I would have to say is it has a strange water chemical smell when you first walk in. But, once you go past the elevators you notice a nice waterfall. ROOM: My King Room was really nice, spacious and clean. I spent two nights here. My bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. Pillows were comfortable too. The only thing this room did not have was a microwave or fridge. It was not a big deal with me because I ate out at Thai Curry Restaurant that was five-minute walk. They have really good Authentic Thai Cuisine. If you are staying long term at some of the rooms, be mindful that your room may not have a fridge and microwave. Always double check with front desk and depending on how busy the hotel is, you may be able to get a different room to accommodate you the best. BATHROOM: I really liked the bathroom. It had a beautiful LED Vanity Mirror with decent countertops space. My shower was double glass doors, stand up shower and no issues. The shower water pressure was good. They offered generous amounts of towels. If you need more, the front desk was very friendly, no fuss and helpful when I needed more. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is available as a separate cost or with your room rate. When you check in, you will receive breakfast coupons for the number of days of your stay. Breakfast buffet is only offered when the hotel is busy with larger events. I stayed here when it was less people, so I was not able to take advantage of their breakfast buffet. First morning, I ordered House Omelette - Sausage & Cheese Omelette with house potatoes and wheat toast. It was very delicious and generous portion that I couldn’t finish it. The service was fast and friendly. The second morning I ordered, House Omelette - Bacon and Cheese with house potatoes. I did not receive toast, nor was I asked if I wanted toast. Compared to the first morning, the waitress was more friendlier and curtious. The waiter on my second morning was decent but I felt he lacked customer service. FITNESS & WIFI: I was able to get a workout done at their Fitness Center. It was spacious and the equipment is provided by Life Fitness. WiFi through the room and hotel worked good, not great. OVERALL: I had a nice experience and enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were nice and everyone else I came in contact with. I would certainly stay here again. It does have some things that are dated, but I’m ok with it, as long as they keep up the cleanliness on it. I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Fort Smith.

I was surprised how nice this hotel was. Rooms were updated and looked modern, I liked the location, every employee I came across was very welcoming, greeted me and was helpful. The bed was comfy! Actually more comfortable than most hotels are these days. For the price that I paid for the room, I am extremely satisfied! Glad that I selected this hotel when in ft. Smith

Interesting hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room mostly very well appointmented. Enjoyed tremendously the fireworks ? from July 4,2026 as seen from the 9th floor. On the wierd side, they had somehow let their liquor license expire, so the bar could not serve ? kinda sad. Room was too hot no idea why the a/c was so weak. Lack of fridge in rooms. Restaurant menu was not strong. Five story waterfall seem partly disabled.

We made a quick stop here to sleep for the night. Rooms weren’t fancy but they were clean. We didn’t get to look around much because it was dark when we arrived and we left while it was still dark. I could see they had a pool, restaurant and bar but I didn’t try them. It was a perfect stop for the night.

This was a great place to stay. All of the staff were friendly. I stayed for a little over 3 weeks and everyone felt like family. They learned my routines and chatted me up whenever they saw me. The open spaces are great. I used the gym daily. The water feature was an added touch. I feel I should mention that a microwave and fridge are not included, but that didn't take away from my stay. It's in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. I was within walking distance of great food places and music venues. Highly recommend

The location is great, and the staff are really nice. However, the cleanliness is lacking, and the overall facilities as well. The pool is closed for maintenance, which is not communicated when you get checked in. Only one elevator works, but there is no sign indicating it nor is it communicated at check in. The rooms are not clean, our room had a stain on the blanket, stains on the lamp, shades, mold on the window frame, mold on the shower grout, and there was an old coffee pod still left in the coffee maker from the previous guests. The furniture in the room, as well as throughout the hotel has a run down a shabby feel to it, this hotel needs a facelift. We won’t be back. The courtyard is much better.

My family and I were here for a volleyball tournament. The location is convenient if you play next door at the convention center. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Lastly, our dinner we had at the hotel was pretty basic but tasted fresh, reasonably priced, and pretty tasty. Other then these few items the hotel has a lot to be desired. The elevators were frequently not working, pool closed for repairs, rooms had a musy smell, and the hotel needs a good update. Also, with the layout of the rooms all the noise from floors below just carries up and into the rooms.

Stayed one night in between travels, wish we stayed longer. The entire staff was GREAT, and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean - room we had didn't have a mini fridge but we didn't need one, and there were no trash bags in trashcan . The parking lot is small, but theres free steet parking and garage access acroxs the street. Overall still 5 stars - beautiful hotel, bar was a nice plus and breakfast was delicious. You normally don't find nice hotels that are pet friendly this one went above and beyond expectations. Love Wyndham hotels .
