Great experience. Less than a mile to the marina and lake; two restaurants, nice pool; yogurt/ice cream & coffee in back of the lobby. Great staff!

When I arrived I had made a room reservation for a queen bed and I got put i a two full bed room. The room itself feels like a motel 8 kinda stay for Hilton kinda money. First room I sank into the beds until it sounds like it was going to break. Then moved to a room that the bed was somewhat better but still the same. The small air conditioner box was working overtime to cool this room which I sweated in the entire night and it was on 65. No sleep, no rest, out over $157 for a room, $60 for burger and 3 drinks and for a 9 hour stay I'm shocked. Save your money and try somewhere else a bit better bang for your buck. Very nice staff but not great rooms. I could even could see all of the lights coming through the Crack in my door. The pool was nice but dirty. Plants were dry and dying all around us and not even the water feature near the pool worked just grossness. I really wish I would've gotten a refund and saved that money for something useful. Also the food and drinks are overpriced in the club house, couldn't just the curtains because the air would be blocked and tv I could barely get to work. Very underwhelmed, very over priced.

Shelby was an amazing server, very friendly and had great menu suggestions! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. 10/10 highly recommend for excellent service & great food!

The restaurant food was over priced for the food that you receive, it was bland and no flavor, and you get plastic forks to eat with not even real silverware. The drink cups were plastic cups similar to solo cups not even a normal size drink that you would get at a restaurant.... skin this place if you are looking looking for the normal restaurant experience

We love the Heber Springs Resort! Tina, Shelby and Hannah are all terrific. We go as much for the service as for the food. We are locals, but several times have rented a suite just so we can enjoy the beautiful pool area.

My husband and I attended his 60th Class Reunion, where we all stayed at Heber Springs Resort for 2-days and nights. Accommodations were excellent, with great, clean rooms, large indoors and outside, beautiful large inside modern "restaurant /lots of sitting areas to very adequately accommodate large groups to visit. Highly recommend as a weekend "get away" or any group gathering. My husband and I are already making plans for a "weekend getaway", nestled in a beautiful setting of Heber Springs; lots to do, at Greers Ferry Lake, enjoying lots of water activities, as well as many great flea markets, (our favorites) lots of eateries, with Peggy Sue's Place, our personal favorite ?

I’m a big 7 Brew fan but when we visit Heber, unfortunately they do not have one so we tried a similar establishment a few weeks ago, it wasn’t the greatest so we chose to try another place this trip to Heber. Definitely will return! The girls working were the best and my iced coffee was perfect!

I absolutely loved my stay! There was so much to do throughout the day and there was karaoke the night we were there. Everyone is so friendly! Sherylin was an absolute amazing server! So friendly and nice. I can say I will be coming back soon!
