The Embassy Suites Little Rock offers a spacious suite experience with amenities like two rooms and a full kitchen, frequently praised for its friendly staff and convenient location. However, recent reviews highlight issues with room cleanliness, particularly peeling wallpaper and stains, along with sporadic staffing shortages and significant operational challenges, especially during periods of influx.
We were 15 min WITH traffic to simmons arena. Nice location. Staff so far wonderful. Beautiful place. Rooms okay. We booked 4 people and were given 3 towels. 3 pillows per bed. Love the 2 room with 2 queen beds! So much opportunity here but rooms had wallpaper peeling. Carpet stained. Curtain broken so can't open and close on one side. Wall damaged in many locations. Had a weird green stain on comforter???So for almost $200 a night by the time you pay for taxes and parking became disappointed after seeing room. This location has parking garage which is nice and that was clean.
It’s an embassy, no reason to say more. Everything here is top notch. The one place I’ve eaten breakfast in years. Made to order omelette and plenty of other choices of fresh hot food. They also do an evening “reception” with food but I didn’t visit that. Room took awhile to cool down but it’s an all suite location so twice as much to cool. Interstate is nearby ish. Expect lots of ppl and groups of various kinds. They charge 2 different prices for parking (garage and street) make the investment on garage it’s worth it.
The last time I will ever use this hotel or any associated. Traveling back from vacation and booked a room through our travel points even upgraded to a bigger room to make our kids more comfortable. Upon arrival it took 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to figure out how to get our pre paid room into the system. After we stood and waited for her to figure it out she then informed us that they had no rooms available like the one we already paid for. She was rude and acted like it was our problem for booking through our travel points. We asked for a manger and the manager was worse. Came up with an attitude treated us like we had no right to complain and didn’t even offer to correct the situation because we had booked through a third party. They stuck us in a room that was dirty the shower had hair in it and the shower curtain had mold on the inside. There were no extra blankets for the pull out bed. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying with Embassey which are normally on the better end of hotels. The fact that the staff was so rude made the entire experience worse. Do not stay here don’t waste your money. I plan on complaining to their corporate office as well. No one that rude should be allowed to work in hospitality.
First of all I requested a walk in shower on my phone call with a live person while making a reservation in which the rep placed me on hold to make sure that my request can be granted just to be told that walk-in showers are for wheels chair accessible only when we arrived. We get to the room getting ready to iron and it was all busted up and cracked. Called the front desk but they took too long so I went to the front desk myself to show a Pic and also get another iron. That one didn't work so they brought me another one and now I have three irons. Day two they cleaned the room and left not a one wash cloth or towel go back to the front desk to complain yet again. The service rep tried to give me hand towels and I explained to her that we have some of those left over from the previous day and that we needed towels and wash clothes this lady told me that they didn't have any and then proceeded to offer me 10,000 reward points. I told her that I don't want points, I want wash clothes. After staring at me she said we'll I just got here for the night like it was no big deal. I asked to speak to a manager and she said what can the manager do we still don't have any wash clothes. I will never stay at another hiltom. I am so ready to go home.
I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites West Little Rock. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was well done and the location is convenient. The only downsides were that music played in the atrium throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep, and the TVs could use an update to better support modern streaming options. If those two things are improved, this would be an excellent stay all around. I would stay here again, but I hope the nighttime noise policy and TV setup are updated.
I had a really great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock! ????? I stayed there last week, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was absolutely massive. Honestly, calling it a “room” almost feels wrong. It felt more like a full-blown apartment. ? There was tons of space, two TVs, a microwave, a fridge, and pretty much everything you could possibly need. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfect for being able to spread out and actually relax instead of feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase in a shoebox. ? One of the coolest little features was having the room key built right into my phone. Super convenient. No extra key card to keep track of, no digging through pockets, no “where did I put that thing?” moment at the door. Just tap and go. ?? The breakfast was really good too! They had great omelettes, good coffee, and a whole bunch of different options, which is always a huge win when you’re traveling. ?? The location was also very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around easy. Between the massive room, friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, and convenient location, Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock was a great stay all around. I’d definitely stay there again! ??
We were driving from Gatlinburg back home and stopped off at this hotel to rest for the night. It was a mid way point. Sadly there were 2 huge family reunions checking in when we were and they were completely loud. The kids running up and down the hall and screaming next to our room, the loudness all night down in the atrium echoing up was crazy. We saw there was a curfew or quiet time but it was completely disregarded. The one thing we were looking forward to was breakfast before we got on the road. We wanted to get on the road earlier but because it was a Saturday, breakfast was served later. We go down to breakfast right when they open and I kid you not, probably 75 people were packed like sardines in this tiny breakfast room. We wanted the eggs your way and so did every single person down there. We couldn't get to anything. We just said screw it. I guess all the people who partied all night weren't interested in sleeping in. I could not believe how many people were there right at opening for breakfast. Would be cool if there were lines for leisure people still in pajamas vs people who literally need to get out and get on the road or catch a flight. Not sure why the reception was out in the open and all spread out but breakfast was in that tiny closed in room. Then we leave and meet the guy parked next to us whose truck was broken into. His dad just died. The wife's mom just died a couple of weeks earlier. They had their pets with them too so imagine the setback of a long road trip with all this stuff going on. They arrived at 10:30pm and were leaving before 8am and their window gets busted out. So yeah even in a hotel that was once considered fancy, you pay extra for garage parking and you still get your vehicle broken into. They must have left our truck alone because they saw our dash cam. Will never ever be back to this location. Had just left an Embassy in Gatlinburg that was half the size and had a breakfast area all spread out and was super quiet.
The stay at this location was excellent. Landry at the front desk was amazing. She was the only one at the front desk at their was a pretty long line waiting to check in. She moved quickly and engaged everyone while they were waiting. She helped me personally with a couple requests with a smile and made me feel special. Landry was definitely a stand out. Room was dated, but clean and everything worked as it should. Restaurant was great as well. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great job by all!
I recently had the opportunity to host a professional boxing event at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel staff was extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, their team made sure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was handled with care. The event space was clean, well organized, and perfectly suited for hosting a large gathering. Their support with the setup made a big difference in the overall success of our event. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay enjoyable for our fighters, staff, and guests traveling in from out of town. The location is also excellent and very convenient for visitors. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The made-to-order omelets and the variety of options available each morning were fantastic and a great way to start the day. I would also like to personally thank the General Manager for being so helpful and supportive throughout the event. Their leadership and willingness to assist truly stood out and made the entire experience even better. Overall, Embassy Suites Little Rock exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel for both personal stays and professional events.
After a cross country road trip, my husband and I were dog tired. I picked the Embassy here as it was across from a place I had chosen to eat. I'm completely happy. Room was super clean. It's got dated fixtures, but it's comfortable and I have zero complaints on the cleanliness. My tub looks great, beds are comfy, the fridge and microwave were great...love the layout. Embassy is awesome. The lobby was lovely and a popular + lively gathering place. My service dogs enjoyed how spacious this room was also! A few relief spots outside made for convenient breaks for them. I encountered several friendly staff members and the young lady sweeping by the front door was ON IT. A busy rainy evening, she was doing great keeping up on cleaning the lobby floor. I was so impressed by her. Taking one star off because of a power outage at midnight that continues now through the night. I think something should be done. It got very hot in the room, dark, no tv
