This was by far one of the best hotels we’ve had in this price range!! Starting off the service was OUTSTANDING! front desk was so kind, told us about all the amenities which doesn’t always happen, including free breakfast, outdoor pool, complimentary drinks and more! The rooms were large with plenty of room for our two boys to play & for us to spread out! The pool was nice, everything was clean, hotel IS pet friendly! the location was close to local restaurants & shopping, great for families traveling as there was truck parking as well! Will be returning to this location any chance we get & telling friends and family as well! Very happy with this hotel

I booked 3 rooms through Expedia earlier in the week. 2 queen rooms and one king room. Paid for them ahead of time. I called the day of arrival at 9:00am confirming my time and requesting to be on the same floor. They told me the rooms were good but couldn’t confirm we would be on the same floor but they would make a note. They told me to call back at 4:00pm. I called back at 4 and said we weren’t on the same floor but had the reservations. Showed up at 6:00pm to check in and they tried to give us two king bed rooms and one queen bed room. Not enough beds for our party. Rainbow was very rude saying it was Expedia’s fault. I called Expedia and they gave a full refund but explained that the hotel would have sold our rooms at a higher rate and tried to give us something we didn’t pay for. I have NEVER had issues with Expedia or Hilton until today. It was just a horrible experience and I would recommend.

Everything was good. Used Hotels.com and that was a dumpster ?! Their digital card kept getting denied, but front desk person was nice and helped get everything worked out. Was supposed to have a two bed room, but ended up with one bed.

Great place to stay for business travel. Friendly staff. Rooms have a full sized fridge with freezer. Dishes, flatware, and a dishwasher. I work remotely from home, so I can travel with my wife when she travels for work. Very accommodating. Being in the hotel room all day for 8 hours a day is never fun, but they have a great setup to make it better than most hotels. They always go above and beyond for me. Melody, the Housekeeping Director was very gracious to personally bring me additional Splenda and some larger trash bags to my room. I drink a lot of coffee and create lots of trash when I am working. LOL The only negative thing that I would say is that the complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. They have a variety of choices, but the food is seldom as warm as would be desired. THIS IS NOT THE STAFF'S FAULT, HOWEVER. They do a great job, I think they just don't have the optimum setup to keep the food at desired temperature for patrons.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire property was spotless, clean, and well maintained from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The breakfast area was fully stocked, organized, and very clean. There was a great variety of food and drinks, and everything was fresh and readily available. The breakfast staff was also warm and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Every detail seemed thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in the property. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most welcoming places I have stayed, and I would definitely stay here again.

Stopped here for one night on our road trip- one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, amazing shower with great water pressure! Breakfast was excellent with many options, and staff was extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here overnight while passing through, and it definitely did not disappoint. Other reviews mentioned friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and amazing water pressure in the showers—and I can confirm all of that is absolutely true. We don’t travel through this area often, but whenever we do, this will be our go-to place to stay.

Great check in, room was wonderful, a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside, and of no fault of them, it's hard to make a left turn out on to the main road. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

You really do feel at home here. The rooms are so well thought out. Everything you need is there in a convenient space. The bed was comfortable. And I can't say enough good things about the breakfast. They have a nice variety. Yes, they have waffles, but they also have omelets, sausage, biscuits, pastries, juices, oatmeal and all the accompaniments. They also had a hot chocolate bar when we visited. I definitely recommend.

Parking lot was well lit. Felt like a safe place. Hotel lobby was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean, bigger than most other 3 star hotels. Was impressed. Very nice experience.
