Our room on the 3rd floor had a view of Lake Hamilton. The pool provided a nice spot to cool off for us in the evenings. The pool area was very well designed with covered lounging areas, umbrellas, lounger chairs, and tables. The staff and evening bar tender were helpful and friendly. The property also has a boat dock and green space with chairs and tables and even a grill outside. Finishes were new or nearly new and everything was in great condition. This property is well maintained. Nice place to stay!

This hotel was the absolute perfect home base for a weekend we will cherish forever! My husband surprised me with a getaway trip to Hot Springs, and this was the most romantic place we could have stayed. We spent our days exploring and hiking in Hot Springs National Park, which is actually where he proposed to me! Coming back to celebrate our engagement here made the weekend even more magical. Having a private balcony overlooking the water was incredible. The lakeside views were absolutely serene, and we loved walking along the beautiful property boardwalk right by the water. Looking out from our room provided the most peaceful, romantic backdrop imaginable. If you are looking for a special waterfront escape in Hot Springs to make lasting memories, this is definitely the place to stay!

The Doubletree in Hot Springs is very nice. From the lobby, to the hallways and to our room, everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful, too. Our room was cleaned every day we were there, which was unexpected. You don't see that anymore. Also, the pool and surrounding area was so nice. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. We misunderstood that it wasn't free. We ate anyway and the food was decent, but a bit overpriced for what we got. I will say, though, that the wait staff were absolutely wonderful! We really liked the location right on Lake Hamilton. It was quiet there, but we were still within close proximity to Bathhouse Row and all the activities there.

Rooms on the lake side have amazing sunrise. Views are great. It's remodeled and the did a good job. Only thing is the elevators are small, they can't do much with that. Location is near some good restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf is good seafood. It's busy so go early or make reservations.

Definitely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The whole hotels cleanliness was nice, however our mini fridge had 2 drinks (a Casey’s gas station water and a sparking water can so not complimentary from the hotel) in it upon arrival so I question how clean it actually is. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Ordering delivery to the hotel room was super easy. They tell you upfront that the delivery drivers don’t have access to elevators so you do have to go to the lobby to get your food. Somehow our delivery driver was able to deliver straight to our room though so that was super nice! The room description's are also falsely advertised as we booked a Lakeview room and we got a highway view. You definitely have to read all things that look complimentary as they put water bottles in the room but unless you’re a higher tier rewards member they are $3 a piece. Overall though a decent hotel.

The hotel and location is excellent!!! However I would highly suggest that Matt at the front desk go through some training on how to talk to customers as well as how to smoke cigarettes without bringing the smell back in with you. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. The bartender was super nice and many of the patrons bragged on how great the chef was! Edit: This is also a great place to be during the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and I think Labor Day as the city shoots off fireworks right across the road and you can see them great from the front door. You could possibly even request a room that faces the road and get a balcony as many people were on their balconies as well!

Hotel was clean rooms were nice. I had a nice view of the lake. Ariel was awesome from the front desk. The breakfast is paid only didn't feel the amount paid was worth it and I really was sad about the coffee and tea station not being there like other Hilton properties. The bar was pretty good actually overall my stay was relaxing and amazing.

Our stay at the DoubleTree Hot Springs was exceptionally nice. It is located a few miles from the National Park and had virtually no traffic issues but still close enough to enjoy the NPS. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and good sized. The highlight of this hotel though is the staff! Housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean and the front desk staff were more than accommodating. Extremely dog and people friendly. Dottie gave it 2 paws up. I would highly recommend a stay!!
