3 months agoIt’s not a bad hotel but if you stay here I recommend getting a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. They have landscape lights as bright as the sun that shine directly in the ground floor windows. The black out curtains are no match for it

4 months agoWe have stayed at this Homewood Suites several times over the past few years and, honestly, would not consider staying anywhere else in Fort Smith. The rooms are always clean. The property is well maintained. Housekeeping staff are friendly and very diligent. The shining star of the hotel, however, is Addi. She seems to always be at the front desk with a smile...and always ready to help in whatever way she can. You will never be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

5 months agoCheck in is at 4 00 and I didnt receive my digital key, went downstairs to talk to hotel clerk and she said my room wasn't ready and it was almost 6:00 pm. When I stated when check in time was 2 hours ago she just said they were working on it. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you just want to check in at the normal time

5 months agoI stayed at this hotel May 6-9th 2026 and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are so spacious and clean. They are very well appointed with everything you need and then some. I was treated so well by the staff. I noticed the hotel smelled amazing and the elevator was spotless even very early in the morning when there is lots of foot traffic. The breakfast area was nice too. Plenty of seating. The gift shop was stocked with plenty of snacks too. Angie is the General Manager. She was great! I would definitely stay here again if traveling through Fort Smith, AR. Also, highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with a family or pets or just need to hang your hat for more than a few days. The space is perfect for that. 8 months agoTrash was full in room ; sink and tub were not washed... hope the sheets were clean! Not what about Gold Star would expect! Didn't settle in room until late (11pm) so no-one available to address issue. It was brought to the attention of staff but Management has yet to reach out and attempt to right things... will be our last stay with this chain!

9 months agoHi, this is our second time to stay at Homewood suites at this Fort Smith location. Our next upcoming stay is Saturday through Sunday, jan31-Feb 1. Addie at the front desk is very helpful, kind & went out of her way to assist us with a cancellation the day prior due to an ice storm. Calls were coming in & she was very busy but took the time to help at all costs. The last time we stayed, your front office & staff were superior as well. We even left a sweatshirt in our room & housekeeping saved for us. 10 stars to Homewood Suites - Ft Smith & to Addie!!!!!! Thank you!

9 months agoMy mom had passed in the days that I had stayed. ADDI was amazing!!! Anything That my family needed she provided. You have an amazing gem in this beautiful soul. I cannot say enough about her and her attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when staying in Fort Smith. Thank you Addi for going above and beyond in my time of sorrow. I will forever remember you kindness.
