Just passing thru and after getting thru the Ozark Mountains in the dark, this was the closest to the gas station we stopped at. The desk clerk was fast, very friendly, efficient and found us one of the very last rooms available. It was a very convenient room but very old and not updated. Not sure if all the rooms were like that, but it was not that good. Coffee pot was missing, but all the coffee supplies were there, the linens were clean but when we did our bed bug check (NO bedbugs found), the mattress under all the linens was stained with several different colors. It was ok for one night because we were extremely tired and the price was fair at 124.00 plus tax.

This place isn’t safe. The staff is violent and volatile. I drove to Jonesboro which is 6 hours from where I live. My husband and I paid through booking.com and received a confirmation. We arrived at 3:00 AM due to tire issues. This woman stated she cancelled our reservation and marked us as a no show. My husband politely asked her name and if we could have something in writing stating why she was not allowing us to check in so that we could obtain a refund. She started screaming at my husband that the manager comes in at 9 AM. My husband never raised his voice during their interaction at all. She then said she was calling the police and went into the back. The police arrived and we just left. We ended up spending hours in a parking lot to try to find a new place to stay. This woman was screaming in front of a child. They robbed us.

Solid experience. Veronica at check in was a doll. Hospitality awesome. Rooms were clean and decent, albeit TVs were small and need refreshed. Exercise room needs some work. Pool is heated but the size of my bath tub. Breakfast was cool. Every thing was cool just a big meh. Would I stay again, sure. Would I recommend to a colleague, probably not.

When we arrived they had already put someone else in our room and had sold out of all the king suites, so we waited at the front desk for quite a while until they finally put us in a double queen room. Got to the room and our shower had no hot water and no shampoo.

During the snow storm my vehicle couldn't make it home. I work third shift and got off in the morning. I work close-by and spoke with the employee, Nicole, over the phone, I told her my situation and asked her what time check in was. She was extremely kind and said that I could just come on by whenever I get off of work. When I got there the hotel was really comforting, they had the fireplace going, it was clean, every single employee I spoke with were all so very nice. They offered me breakfast since it was still being served. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was large. What really brought everything together was the staff there, this company is very fortunate to have such great employees.

Everything you would expect from a Hotel staying out of town! Here's what made the review 5 stars... Add complementary VIP treatment from the staff, without the cost. Staff was the best in how they treated us like we were the only thing that mattered, even like we were the only guests there, but the hotel was booked solid! Great place to stay, my family will definitely be using that pool again, I'm sure of it!!!

The service at this Marriott is outstanding. Every staff member made a point to smile and make me feel welcome. It is a little older than the other Marriott in the area, but it’s clean and the atmosphere makes up for that tenfold. If you were looking for a nice place to stay while you’re visiting Jonesboro for a great prize and great service. This is the place to go.

Wife and I absolutely loved this hotel very clean rooms great customer service lady at front desk was very nice. Very relaxing very peaceful. 5 star rating for sure we will definitely be back!!!
