First off let me start by saying it is an ok place to stay. But will never stay again. The room was mostly clean. The cooking pans needed a good scrub before I used anything. The paint on the walls was unfinished, like spots were covered up and the paint does not match. There were small black ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom door did not close all the way, so the expectation of privacy is gone. Everyone could hear you use the restroom. The shampoo looked old in the containers, so we bought our own. There was hair in the bathtub. The room smelled musty, like a really old house. The mini split did not cool the upfront room with the day bed. We booked a room for 4 and there was only one day bed for two people in the eating area. Luckily we got a king sized bed and my daughter could share with me and my husband. Our son got the day bed. Pool? What pool? There isn’t one, so don’t expect to find one if you go looking for it. I don’t even see where a pool could have been. They have a dog turn out relief area and have tools to pick up after your pet. Check for dog crap before you let your dog out. They have a rake a dog scoop for you to use and still people didn’t use it. Not sure how often they check that area because it needed mowed. It definitely is a quiet location. So if you are looking for a mediocre stay that’s quiet, it will suffice.

Pros: The property located centrally, close to everything in town. Check in was super simple and easy. Most streaming services were available and already logged in which was a plus. The price was very reasonable. Cons: There was a big stain all the way across the shower curtain. Lots of reviews mentioned the comfy beds, but the mattress in our unit felt like sleeping on the floor. There were ants EVERYWHERE in our room. Ants were crawling on us while we slept, they were in the shower, on the bathroom sink, on the toilet, by the fridge. Everywhere. We assumed if this room was infested, the others most likely were as well.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! My husband and I booked the king cottage for our anniversary for 6/5-6/7. When we got there we were shocked by what the room was compared to the pictures that were on the site. The room smelled musty, the handles on the refrigerator were broken off, the bed was just terrible. It looked nothing like the photos posted. We reached out to Travelocity who reached out to the owners who stated they were sorry that they had updated the room but hadn’t been able to post the photos (I wouldn’t post them). I finally spoke to the owner via phone on Sat morning and told him my concerns in which his response was Send me photos..okay you can’t see the photos on your own website? So I did and never heard back until after we checked out on Sunday and he sent me text saying that the photos I saw on the site when I booked the room were the updated photos..Lie! Your laundry lady told me Saturday morning that Google wasn’t allowing you to update the photos! He told me the reason he didn’t get back to me on Saturday was because he had family stuff…not my problem! We paid $360 for this dump! He only apologized yesterday after we left and never offered any type of refund.

Very clean and remodeled retro old motel. We are enjoying our kitchenette. Very comfy mattress. Giant TV with great apps and channels. Super strong wifi. Great A/C. Nice relaxing grass yard with chairs in back. Contactless checkin. Good location close to coffee shops and Family Dollar and restaurants (all found on google maps).

It's a nice Route 66 style roadside motel. It was clean and just enough room for myself. Great hot water for showers, modern fixtures. I would stay here again.

I read a lot of reviews before booking, and it was even better than I imagined. The building is older, but it’s renovated and comfortable. The staff is quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was by far one of the cleanest we’ve booked lately. It’s a great location near the main strip, with good parking that’s walking distance from a convenience store, donut shop, etc. They even had recommendations for food/drinks nearby! If I’m in Hot Springs I’ll definitely stay again.

This property is a great idea but poorly executed! I stayed in suite 17 which is in the main house. I do not suggest staying in the winter. Heating/temperature isn’t good, I was freezing or boiling hot! Bathroom is so cold you can’t even take a shower. The entry room with king bed and pull out is a sauna with the gas heater on. It’s also poorly maintained- cabinet doors and knobs falling off, dirty walls, etc. Sheets and towels had stains. Price was great but they made need to charge more to keep up with maintenance/modern convenience.

Pros: Clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Functional and quiet A/C. Short drive to downtown, and a few feet away from a donut shop for decent breakfast and coffee. Cons: Very small rooms. Nightly rate is misleading as a significant cleaning fee applies; the rooms are as quiet as your next room neighbors -not too quiet when they have barking dogs (the motel is dog-friendly)
