Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, & fabulous views. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hot Springs. Staff is amazing, my car broke down & ended up in the shop. The ladies up front managed to do some juggling & keep us in our room for another night.

Stayed at the Willow Beach Resort for a day during the Sprink Break 2026. Great ambience of the hotel right on the lake, very picturesque view from the hotel room. The room has a kitchen with utensils, and was sufficient space for a family of 4… The staff was ready to assist and was an easy check in process as well…You can walk to an observation dock on the lake from the back door and do bird watching or view boats cruising by on the lake, lot of boat tours were on operation… Pleasant stay at a great location, safe and quiet to enjoy a weekend especially if you want to enjoy a stay away from busy and crowded places…

I only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again and for longer! Rooms and views were exactly as pictured. Rare these days it seems. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly. 100% 5??????????

Pros: Location is wow! Right on the lake with amazing views but still a short ride to the state parks and downtown Hot Springs; walking distance to Kroger, the mall, restaurants and a movie theater. Clean rooms, bathroom and kitchenette; sparkling swimming pool. Kind staff. Cons: Beds: feel like summer camp. Not for aching backs. Paper thin walls: your room is as quiet as your next door neighbors

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is very clean, well maintained, and cozy. The room had a beautiful lake view — the windows were facing directly toward the water, which made the stay even more relaxing. The shower was also great, especially the removable shower head, which was very convenient. What impressed us the most was the staff and their professionalism. We had an unfortunate situation late in the evening when our AC stopped working. A maintenance worker came almost immediately. After realizing the repair would take some time, the staff quickly offered us another room and even offered to help move our belongings. Everyone was very kind, responsive, and professional. You can really tell they care about their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

The location was absolutely worth the stay. Check in was easy and they even sent it to me earlier than I anticipated as my room was ready. The view of lake Hamilton right out the back door just set the tone for the ability to have a relaxing work trip. Willow Beach Resort offers a full kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishes. Out door grills are available. Indoor and outdoor seating. I will be back

Lovely location with amazing views of the lake. Water front rooms with direct access. Community area outside. We sat by the fire after a long day of touring. Great escape!! Friendly and accommodating staff. Worth a visit!!

We absolutely loved this location. The view from your room is amazing. Perfect for fishing or watching the sun come up on the dock just outside your patio door. Dog friendly and very well maintained property. The room was very clean and tidy. Nice shower and water pressure. The kitchette was perfect for making small meals. The beds were comfortable enough, I slept well. I will definitely book this resort when we return? to the area.
